New Wholesale Account Executive Setup
Please make a selection:
Email Account Setup – PC
Go to “secureonecapital.com” or “login.microsoftonline.com”
Enter your provided email address and password then click ‘Sign in’
Click ‘Mail’ to access your @SOCCWholesale.com emails.
DO NOT ADD A SIGNATURE TO YOUR EMAILS
Signatures are added automatically by the server on all outbound emails.
Email Account Setup – Mobile Device

PC Phone Setup – Ytel
Before setting up Ytel, please purchase a USB headset.
Logitech h390 is the preferred headset that is used in our main office.
Plug your headset into your computer and allow Windows to download the correct drivers automatically. (This may take several minutes).
Install Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox on your work PC.
If you choose to use Firefox, visit “http://support.safesoftsolutions.com/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=2031” for instructions on how to install Zoiper for Firefox.
Using Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox, go to “secureone.ytel.com”
Click ‘Agent‘
Enter your User ID and password
Click ‘Get Campaign’
Click the ‘Select a Campaign’ drop down and select ‘Remote – Wholesale’
Click ‘Sign in’
If using Google Chrome, follow the instructions below:
If using Mozilla Firefox, click ‘Allow…’ on the popup bar near the top of your screen:
Click ‘Allow and Remember’.
Check all the boxes then click ‘Allow access’
If you hear “You are now connected” or “You are the only person in this conference” and see this (with a green bar) at the bottom right of the window, then you have successfully completed the Ytel setup.
Using the Ytel Auto-dialer
Login to Ytel.
Set you status to “Active”.
The auto-dialer will begin dialing for you. If a potential borrower picks up the phone or it goes to their voicemail, your headset will beep to indicate that you are on a live call.
At the end of the call, you will be asked to disposition.
Choose the correct disposition selection that pertains to the call you just made. At this point you can choose to go to pause when you close the disposition. If you do not choose to “Pause Dialing”, the auto-dialer will begin searching for a new borrower for you.
Troubleshooting:
If there appears to be an abnormally long wait for the dialer. Send an email to helpdesk@secureonecapital.com and we will reset the dialer for you.
Headset Troubleshooting
Make sure it is plugged in.
Ensure that exclusive mode is not checked.
Wireless Logitech Headset?
- Download the Logitech h600 pairing utility and follow instructions.
Can’t hear other end of line
- Check volume
Other end of line can’t hear
- Check mute button
I’ve tried all of the above, still doesn’t work.
- Uninstall then reinstall the device
Device still does not function
